Ab Coaster Review: Women's Day

You may have seen this contraption on TV, but the Ab Coaster (www.abcoasterclub.com) recently made a special appearance in our Woman’s Day offices. After mounting the base and pulling back and forth to work my abs, I could definitely fell the burn. The Ab Coaster seems to work differently than doing tradition sit-ups or crunches, since you’re not lying on the floor on your back. This could the latest abserciser of the month, but with a price tag of $400, it might be better to get your gym owner to invest it rather than foot the bill yourself.
