Ab Coaster, LLC has the absolute right to terminate this Dealer Agreement at any time should Dealer violate any of its terms or conditions.

As an Ab Coaster product dealer, I acknowledge and agree that I will not sell to National Health or Fitness Club chains. If there is any question about whether a customer is a "National Chain," I will first contact Ab Coaster, LLC for clearance.

I shall not conduct any advertising, marketing or sales on the internet without the express consent and agreement of Ab Coaster, LLC. Ab Coaster, LLC shall institute an affiliate web program for all dealers who wish to participate.

Dealers must order a minimum of 3 units per order to qualify for Dealer wholesale pricing.

Dealer must have a physical retail location and must physically inventory Ab Coaster products.

Ab Coaster, LLC will ONLY Drop Ship to a Commercial Facility.
